genoeg vir 6 – 8

  • ½ Engelse komkommer
  • 1 rooi appel
  • 2 groenappels
  • 1 bakkie (250 ml) grenadellajogurt

Sny komkommer in skyfies en dan in kwarte. Sny appels in baie dun skyfies met skil en al. Plaas in mengbak en gooi jogurt oor. Meng goed en sit voor saam met hoofmaal.

Sjokolade-koek-koppie

Genoeg vir 2 koppies of 1 groot beker (1x genoeg vir Hattinghs)

  • 4 eetlepels bruismeel
  • 5 eetlepels suiker
  • 1 eier
  • 5 eetlepels melk
  • 3 eetlepels kookolie
  • 2 eetlepels kakao

Plaas alle bestandele in ‘n groot koppie en klits goed. Bak in die mikrogolfoond vir 2-3 minute. Geniet die koek met sjokoladesous. Smelt 6 blokkies donkersjokolade met 20ml melk in die mikrofolfoond vir 40 sekondes.

Rooifluweel-koek-koppie

Genoeg vir 2 koppies

  • 4 eetlepels bruismeel
  • 6 eetlepels suiker
  • 1 eier
  • 5 eetlepels melk
  • 3 eetlepels kookolie
  • 4ml kakao
  • 4ml rooi voedselkleursel
  • 3ml vanielje-geursel

Plaas alle bestandele in ‘n groot koppie en klits goed. Bak in die mikrogolfoond vir 2-3 minute. Die koek-koppie kan jy met ‘n skeppie roomkaas of room eet.

No Bake Eclair Cake

No Bake Eclair Cake Ingredients: 2x pcts Tennis biscuits 2 vanilla instant pudding 3 1/2 cups milk (I used skim) 250ml Orley whip Ingredients for the frosting: 3 tablespoons of Cocoa 1 1/2 cups Icing sugar 3 tablespoons of butter (room temperature) 3 tablespoons of warm milk Mix above ingredients till smooth. Add more Icing sugar if you like the frosting a little thicker. If it’s too thick, just add a little more milk. Directions: Mix pudding and milk in a bowl. Blend together for about 2 minutes then fold in the cool whip. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. Place a layer of whole Tennis Biscuits on the bottom, then top with 1/2 the pudding. Cover pudding with another layer of Tennis Biscuits, top with remaining pudding and another layer of Tennis Biscuits, then carefully spread the frosting on the biscuits. Chill over night or for at least 8 hours.
